About Our Collars

  • DURABLE

    BioThane consists of a strong polyester webbing at its core, which provides high tensile strength, and a PVC coating which makes it resistant to water, abrasion and chemicals.

  • WATER RESISTANT

    The outer coating prevents water absorption so it wont degrade, crack or rot like other materials.

  • STINK PROOF

    The protective coating prevents any foul odour or staining unlike other materials. No more stinky collars even after years of use. If the collar does get dirty, simply rinse with water and wipe dry!

  • SEALED

    All cut ends are sealed by hand to ensure the collar remains fully waterproof. This also prevents any fraying of the Biothane webbing.

  • ACCURATE

    We use templates for everything!! From cutting the raw material, to marking holes and cutting end profiles. Every step is controlled and repeatable to ensure accuracy accross the board.

  • CUSTOMIZABLE

    We offer a wide range of colours to choose from as well as hardware options to match any combination. We also offer custom engraving to add a personalized touch.
