Do I get pictures with my order?

While we do take pictures of every collar or leash that we make, the photos are for our socials/website or just for potential future use. Photos aren't necessarily included as part of the order and we wont automatically send you photos once your order is complete.

Why do you ask for my Instagram or Facebook account?

The process of designing your collar or leash requires a lot of communication. We have found that direct messaging is the best method of communicating. We ask that you provide your EXACT instagram or facebook profile name so that we can easily find you and reach out.

Why do you ask for a confirmation of order details for each collar or leash?

When orders come in, we are cutting material very quickly to keep our workflow going. We require a confirmation from you that all details are correct so that we know with certainty that we can move forward with your order right away.

How strong are the rivets you use?

Through the testing we've done, one single rivet can hold up to 120lbs before starting to bend.

Can I see colour combinations before I order?

YES!! We encourage you to reach out to us via Instagram or Facebook to request colour combos BEFORE ordering. That way you can be certain of colour choices when you order.

What does the size i'm picking mean?

The size you pick when ordering is your dogs neck measurement in inches. That number is the size of the collar when using the MIDDLE hole of our adjustable buckle collars. This gives you 2 holes of adjustment bigger and smaller. please see measuring instructions in the the photos section of every collar type. For Cobra buckle collars the measurement needs to be EXACT as these collars offer no adjustment.

Are there colours you don't engrave on?

YES!! There are a few colours that we will not engrave on for various reasons. If you don't see a colour as an option when picking a collar colour, it is because we don't engrave on that colour.
