Return Policy



Thank you for shopping with FabLabs Collars! We take great pride in creating custom dog collars that are unique to your pet's style and needs. Since each collar is made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

1. Custom Orders and Personalization:

  • Custom and personalized items (including engraved collars, custom colours, and sizing) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Please double-check the custom details, such as sizing, colours, and personalization, when placing your order to avoid any mistakes.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your collar arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
  • We may request photos of the issue to help resolve the matter quickly.

3. Non-Custom Orders:

  • For non-custom items, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at fablabscollars@outlook.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any photos if necessary.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item. Please make sure the collar is returned in new, unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

5. Refunds:

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

6. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange a non-custom item for a different size or colour, we will process the exchange as long as the returned item is in unused, re-sellable condition. Any additional charges for the new item will be billed accordingly.

7. Custom Sizing:

  • To ensure the perfect fit for your dog, please refer to our sizing guide when placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us for assistance before ordering.

8. Exceptions:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
  • Custom designs or special requests cannot be altered once the order is placed.
